Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a positive shopping experience, please read this policy carefully before applying for a return or exchange.

1. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and all accessories.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • You may request an exchange if the received product has a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or missing parts.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the issue is verified as our responsibility, SWITICK will bear the round-trip shipping costs for the exchange.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a manufacturing defect):

  • Customized, engraved, or personally modified watches
  • Corporate orders and bulk orders (10 pieces or more)

4. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at info@switick.cn with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if the item has a defect or issue).
  2. Do not send the item back before receiving confirmation from our customer service team.
  3. We will review your request and provide the return address and instructions within 3 business days.
  4. After shipping the return/exchange, please provide the tracking number for follow-up.

5. Refund Processing

  • After the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform.

6. Additional Notes

  • Returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, style) are accepted only if the product is in resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer bears all related losses, and no return/exchange will be accepted.
