Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a positive shopping experience, please read this policy carefully before applying for a return or exchange.
1. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and all accessories.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Exchange Conditions
- You may request an exchange if the received product has a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or missing parts.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- If the issue is verified as our responsibility, SWITICK will bear the round-trip shipping costs for the exchange.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a manufacturing defect):
- Customized, engraved, or personally modified watches
- Corporate orders and bulk orders (10 pieces or more)
4. Return / Exchange Process
- Contact us at info@switick.cn with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if the item has a defect or issue).
- Do not send the item back before receiving confirmation from our customer service team.
- We will review your request and provide the return address and instructions within 3 business days.
- After shipping the return/exchange, please provide the tracking number for follow-up.
5. Refund Processing
- After the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform.
6. Additional Notes
- Returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, style) are accepted only if the product is in resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer bears all related losses, and no return/exchange will be accepted.
